利用电子背散射衍射(Electron Back Scatter Diffraction-EBSD)技术,对不同退火温度下Fe-32Mn-2Si-4A1孪晶诱发塑性(Twining Induced Plasticity-TWlP)刚冷轧变形后退火再结晶组织的晶界特征、晶粒取向差、织构的变化进行研究.结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,TWIP钢中∑1CSL晶界含量减少,∑3CSL晶界增加,α-取向线和β取向线密度总体上升,Goss{011)<100>、Copper{112}<111>密度都呈下降趋势,而Brass{011}<211>、S{123}<634>密度呈上升趋势.
The grain boundary character distributions (GBCD) , the misorientation and the development of recrys tallization texture in TWIP steel sheets were investigated by Electron Back Scatter Diffraction (EBSD). The re-sults indicate that with the increase in annealing temperature, ∑ 1 coincidence grain boundary decreases and ∑ 3 coincidence grain boundary increases, the intensity of β-fiber and α-fiber increase totally. The intensity of Goss {011}<100> and Cu{112}<111> trend weaker, the intensity of S{123}<634>, and Brass{011}<211> trend stronger with the increase in anealing temperature.
