分析某凝析气田集输管线等径三通(L245)出现的刺漏等事故。通过宏观和微观分析、金相组织分析、扫描电镜、X射线衍射数值模拟(cFx)试验,分析其管件的失效原因。结果表明,其失效与集输介质的“腐蚀-冲刷”作用有关。
The leakage accident of gathering and transportation pipeline(L245)was analyzed. The failure cause of the L245 pipelines was investigated by macro and micro analyses, metallographic test, SEM, X-ray energy spectrum analysis and numerical simulation. The results showed that the failure of L245 pipeline was related to the combined effect of corrosion and erosion.
