以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为活性剂和掺杂剂,以过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,通过乳液聚合的化学合成方法制备聚苯胺(PANI)乳液;采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅氏转换红外线光谱分析仪(FTIR)等对聚苯胺复合膜进行袁征.研究发现:聚苯胺颗粒均匀地分散在聚乙烯醇基体上,DBSA用量对聚苯胺膜的导电性及电致变色行为产生影响.常温条件下,当n(DBSA)/n(AN)=1.03时,聚苯胺的电导率可达1.28 S/cm,此时电致变色效果最佳.
