通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了紫铜板钻削加工后孔边组织结构特征.结果表明钻削加工后孔边变形区可分为3个区域,距孔边约240.150μm区域,晶粒沿剪切方向偏转、拉长形成流线组织;距孔边约150~100μm区域,加工流线组织逐渐模糊、碎化,向细晶过渡;距孔边<100μm区域,变形组织晶粒非常细小,发生了动态回复和动态再结晶.经过切削加工后,变形区域的硬度值较原始组织有较大的提高.
