针对传统挤出加工聚丙烯(PP)管环向强度差的问题,将成核剂自成纤及旋转挤出技术引入PP管加工,利用稀土类β型成核剂WBG独特的自组装行为在PP管挤出过程中形成纤维结构并诱导β晶在纤维表面附生生长,通过芯棒旋转调控自成纤成核剂偏离轴向排列.X射线衍射、差示扫描量热分析、偏光显微镜和扫描电镜观察证实PP管内形成大量β型杂化串晶,且其偏离轴向排列.因此,采用该方法制备的PP管环向强度可达33.9 MPa,较传统挤出PP管的19.4MPa,提高了74.7%.
