通过对玻纤增强聚丙烯注射充模阶段纤维取向的研究,考虑流场和纤维取向的相互作用,基于连续介质力学理论,建立了耦合有纤维取向的薄壁制品注射充模阶段的双尺度模型,并使用有限元/有限差分/控制体积法对控制方程组进行了求解,预测结果与实际基本符合.
