本文采用ICP-AES测定了去离子水洗涤,酸洗和碱洗等SiC粉体预处理过程中金属离子的含量,研究了杂质离子对SiC浆料流变性能的影响.XRD和TEM测试表明:SiC粉体在低浓度酸碱洗涤过程中,晶型和形貌几乎没有发生变化.由ICP-AES定量分析结果可知,随着SiC粉体表面杂质离子的减少,浆料的粘度不断降低,稳定性升高.低浓度HCl溶液去除SiC粉体表面杂质离子的效果最佳,浆料流变性能得到了显著改善.
