为了系统研究五元含氟渣系各组元对熔渣电导率的影响,根据5因素2次正交旋转回归法设计渣系,使用RTW-10熔渣物性测定仪,采用交流4探针法,测定了1600℃下各渣系的电导率;研究了各组元对含氟渣系电导率的影响。结果表明:当CaF2的含量(质量分数,下同)在10%~75%时,随着Al2O3和SiO2含量的增加电导率逐渐减小,而随着CaF2、MgO和CaO含量的增加电导率逐渐增大;在w(Al2O3)=20%、w(MgO)=10%和w(CaF2)=50%时,当w(CaO)小于7%,随着w(SiO2)的递增电导率逐渐减小,而当w(CaO)大于7%时,随着w(SiO2)的递增电导率逐渐增大;在w(SiO2)=10%、w(MgO)=10%和w(CaF2)=50%时,当w(Al2O3)小于11%时,随着w(CaO)的递增电导率逐渐减小,当w(Al2O3)大于11%,随着w(CaO)的递增电导率逐渐增大。

To study the effects of each component of CaF2-SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO slag system on conductivity systemically, the slag samples was prepared by the method of quadratic orthogonal rotary regression, and the slag conductivity was measured by the four-probe method with RTW-10 melt physical properties measuring apparatus at 1600℃. The influence of oxide on CaF2-based refining slag conductivity was studied. The results show that the conductivity decreases with adding SiO2 and Al2O3, while increases with adding CaF2, MgO and CaO when the content range of CaF2 is from 10% to 75%. When Al2O3 content is 20%, MgO content is 10%, and CaF2 content is 50%, the conductivity decreases at CaO content of less 7% with the increase of SiO2. On the contrary, the conductivity of slag containing more than 7% CaO increases due to addition of SiO2. When SiO2 content is 10%, MgO content is 10%, and CaF2 content is 50%, with the increase of CaO, the conductivity of slag containing less than 11% Al2O3 decreases, the molten slag conductivity decreases, otherwise the conductivity increases.
