用超声-化学沉淀法制备了纳米铝酸锌(ZnAl2O4)粉末.超声辐射Al(NO3)3·9H2O、Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和沉淀剂得到沉淀物,再在850℃烘5 h制得平均粒径40 nm的纳米ZnAl2O4粉末.得到的纳米ZnAl2O4粉末用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),傅立叶转换红外光谱(FT-IR)进行表征并得到确认.
