钢渣在蒸压条件下的膨胀粉化是改善其稳定性的一个重要方法。本文通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱分析(EDXA),并结合X射线衍射(XRD),光学显微镜(OM)等检测手段对不同温度下钢渣的微观结构特征进行了描述,分析了微观结构和钢渣蒸压粉化性能之间的关系。结果表明,温度对钢渣的蒸压粉化性能影响明显,从而为钢渣的进一步深入研究提供了依据。

The expansion pulverization of steel slag in the autoclave is an important way to improve its stability. In this paper, the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDXA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscopy (OM) and other means of detection at different temperatures of the micro-structural characteristics of steel slag are described, analyzed the microstructure and autoclave pulverization of steel slag relationship. The results showed that the temperature on the autoclave pulverization performance of steel slag significantly, so as to further in-depth study of the steel slag provided the basis.
