介绍了Nb、V、Ti、N在非调质钢中所起的有益作用.在Nb、V、Ti 3种微合金化元素中,钒具有较高的溶解度,是非调质钢中常用也是最有效的强化元素.微合金化元素Nb、V、Ti、N在非调质钢中的复合作用,主要表现在热成形过程中抑制奥氏体的形变再结晶并阻止其晶粒长大,并通过它们的碳氮化物的应变诱导析出,对非调质钢进行组织细化及沉淀析出强化.这4个元素虽然都是通过细晶强化和沉淀析出来提高强度,但它们在不同碳、氮含量的非调质钢中相互作用机制及强化程度并不同.因此,探索Nb、V、Ti、N之间的相互微合金化的特性,配合相适应的锻造工艺,是提高铁素体-珠光体型非调质钢强韧性最有效的途径.
