根据钢绞线感应加热的原理,利用有限元分析法对钢绞线感应加热过程中温度场进行分析,钢绞线结构复杂,其有限元建模分析方法的正确性需要验证,为此,使用红外热成像仪进行了钢绞线感应加热温度场测定实验.结果表明,电流密度和频率是影响感应加热效果的主要参数,而与钢绞线位于线圈中的位置无关.
