2011年6月25日使用双辊薄带铸轧机制备磷含量(质量分数)高达0.15%的耐候钢薄带,研究了退火时间对其组织性能的影响.结果表明,退火时间为40 min时,可获得细小的铁素体+珠光体组织.在本文的退火时间内耐候钢薄带的屈强比均小于0.8,加工硬化指数均大于0.2.随着退火时间的延长,其抗拉强度呈缓慢下降趋势,屈服强度先下降后基本保持不变.明确了局部出现细晶组织的原因.
