出于满足产品大纲中产品的强度等级、产品的宽度与厚度规格范围、机组的生产能力、板形调控能力及投资的合理性等因素的考虑，探讨了如何选择带钢冷轧机的机型及机组的配置。剖析了国内外20世纪80年代后建设的46套带钢冷连轧机的发展趋势。
With consideration of product mix, steel grade,varieties of products,production capacity, flatness control performance and the rationality of investment, choosing the right type of strip cold rolling mill and the configuration of the units are discussed. The development trend is also analysed based on 46 cold mills built in the world after 1980.
