采用溶剂热法制备氧化锡锑颗粒并使用硅烷偶联剂进行表面改性,然后通过静电纺丝形成导电网络.将其与有机树脂复合,制备得到复合柔性导电材料.采用XRD、FTIR、FE-SEM、TG、低阻抗分析仪、紫外可见分光光度计等测试方法对材料进行表征,结果表明经表面改性后,氧化锡锑颗粒的分散性及沉降稳定性得到明显改善,用于静电纺丝效果良好.在外力弯曲状态下,复合材料的电学性能保持稳定,电导率可达~2.6 S/m,在紫外-可见光区域具有相对较高的光透过性.
