测定00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2N在6%FeCl_3溶液中的孔蚀失重和在3.5%NaCl溶液中的孔蚀电位,考察不同热处理和N含量的影响。对试件进行金相组织、双相成分、钝化膜成分的定量分析。适当的热处理和N含量可改善双相成分的分布,有利于Cr、Mo在γ相中及γ相上的膜中富集,从而提高了双相不锈钢的抗孔蚀性能。
