二氧化钛是一种重要的光催化剂,在环保、清洁能源等领域都有很高的应用价值,但较宽的禁带使其不能得到广泛的应用,因此对它进行掺杂改性,使其能吸收可见光,提高光催化效率至关重要.综述了硫掺杂对二氧化钛改性的机理,总结了掺杂对二氧化钛的晶体结构、电子结构及光学性质的影响,并指出了硫掺杂二氧化钛研究中存在的主要问题.
