经过技术改进和生产实践,承钢各高炉煤气除尘系统完成了湿法向干法除尘的转变。其中2 500m3高炉干法除尘系统取消了重力除尘器,采用单一布袋除尘器进行除尘工作,成功实现了炼铁技术的一次重大突破。研究表明,承钢高炉取消重力除尘器后,进入布袋除尘器煤气中大颗粒增多,使得布袋除尘效率提高;布袋进出口压差减小,煤气通过布袋除尘器的压力损失降低;布袋煤气入口温度提高。

The gas dusting system of Chenggang BF was transformed from wet dusting to dry dusting through tech nology improvement and production experience. The gravity scrubber was cancelled in the dry dusting process of 2 500m3 BF, and the single bag scrubber was installed for dusting, which was a momentous breakthrough in ironmaking technique. Results show that after cancelling the gravity scrubber, the big particle entering into the bag scrubber increases which enhances bag dusting efficiency. The pressure difference between inlet and outlet decrea ses, and the pressure loss of gas flowing through the bag scrubber reduces. In addition, the gas temperature of bag inlet rises, being in favor of the regular operation of the bag scrubber.
