研究了淬火温度和淬火保温时间对核反应堆压力容器锻件用16MND5钢的晶粒度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随淬火温度的降低,奥氏体晶粒被明显的细化,而淬火保温时间在一定范围内对晶粒度级别没有影响;在RCC-M规范规定的淬火温度范围内,随淬火温度的升高,周向和轴向低温冲击功均单调增加,TK50%和VTr50降低明显,而硬度及拉伸性能几乎没有变化。
Effects of quenching temperature and holding time on grain size and mechanical properties for 16MND5 forgings were investigated. The results show that grain size can be distinctly refined with the decrease in quenching temperature, while the holding time has no influence on grain size to some extent. Within the quenching temperature provided by RCC-M, low temperature AKV impact for circumferential direction and axial direction increased monotonically, TK50% and VTr50 decreases monotonically with the increase in quenching temperature, whereas hardness and tensile properties changes a little.
