文章对管线钢DWTT试样上出现的分离断口进行了分析。通过扫描电镜、 透射电镜和X射线衍射仪等手段对分离断裂面、微观组织和织构进行了显微分析,发现断口分离现象经常出现在韧脆温度转变区,其形成原因与试样的组织形态和成分偏析密切相关。

DWTT separation fracture has been analyzed for pipe line steel. The fracture and microstructure were surveyed with SEM,TEM and Xray diffractometer .It was discovered that separation was often formed near FATT and was concerned with microstructure and segregation.
