文章对管线钢DWTT试样上出现的分离断口进行了分析。通过扫描电镜、 透射电镜和X射线衍射仪等手段对分离断裂面、微观组织和织构进行了显微分析,发现断口分离现象经常出现在韧脆温度转变区,其形成原因与试样的组织形态和成分偏析密切相关。
DWTT separation fracture has been analyzed for pipe line steel. The fracture and microstructure were surveyed with SEM,TEM and Xray diffractometer .It was discovered that separation was often formed near FATT and was concerned with microstructure and segregation.
