以镁砂、炭黑和刚玉为原料,在氩气和氮气气氛保护下,分别在1500℃、1600℃和1650℃合成纤维状镁铝尖晶石.用X射线衍射(XRD)分析合成产物的物相组成,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察合成纤维的形貌,用扫描电镜配置的能谱仪(EDS)检测合成物微区化学成分.结果表明:1500℃适宜镁铝尖晶石纤维的生长,合成温度升高则生成尖晶石颗粒.1500℃氮气中合成的纤维直径大于氩气中合成纤维,氮气中合成镁铝尖晶石纤维的直径约为80~90 nm,氩气中合成纤维的直径约为50~60 nm,纤维横截面均为六边形.
