高级检索

金属钛及其合金在人体硬组织替换中具有广泛的应用.为改善其表面性能,使其具有表面生物活性,研究发展了多种生物活化方法.包括物理法、化学法和电化学法3大类.本文对钛及钛合金种植体的各种表面活化方法进行了综述.阐述了各种方法进行钛及钛合金表面活化的工艺过程及其活化机理,分别指出了各种方法的优缺点.与物理法相比,化学法具有设备和操作简单、易形成均匀涂层、结构和成分与自然骨相似等优点.对化学法,还需要进一步提高效率,提高涂层与基体之间的结合强度,并对其长期植入效果及其活化机理进行深入研究.
