通过对比J55石油套管钢采用LDRHLFCC和LDLFCC 2条工艺路线钢中氧、氮、氢及夹杂物的控制水平,研究了2条工艺路线钢中气体、夹杂物含量对产品性能的影响。试验结果表明,经2条精炼工艺处理后钢水及铸坯的夹杂物是一致的,产品质量各项指标相同。因此从夹杂物角度考虑,采用LDLFCC工艺可降低生产成本。该研究为新钢种的工艺设计提供了理论依据。
The inclusion and gas content in molten steel and slabs of J55 steel grade for oil casings were researched with two processes: LDRHLFCC and LDLFCC respectively to study the effect of inclusion and gas content on mechanical properties of final products. The experimental results show that inclusion content in molten steel and slabs and quality of final products produced by two refining processes are at the same level.Thus the production cost can be cut down by adopting LDLFCC.The results offer theoretical basis for process design of new steel grades.
