利用连铸坯凝固过程热模拟装置研究了过热度、冷却强度和强制对流对200 mm厚高碳T10A钢连铸坯凝固组织的影响.正交试验显示高碳T10A钢的凝固组织对工艺参数非常敏感,等轴晶率在0~ 65%之间剧烈变化.其中,强烈冷却和低过热度会导致穿晶组织,高过热度配合弱冷可获得较高等轴晶率,但需要降低拉坯速率.过热度为20 ~ 40℃配合适当的冷却条件能够获得约50%的等轴晶率,可兼顾铸坯质量和生产效率.
