本文讨论了热蒸发法合成的有纳米片修饰的氧化锌纳米螺旋结构.利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、EDX谱等方法对样品进行测试.结果表明样品具有均匀的螺旋结构.螺旋平均内直径为250~600nm,组成螺旋的纳米线直径在100~250nm范围内.一个周期的纳米螺旋上对称分布了12个纳米片.此外还讨论了纳米片修饰的ZnO纳米螺旋结构的生长机制.
