以邻苯二甲酸酐、甘油、三(2-羟乙基)异氰脲酸酯(THEIC)、己二酸及新戊二醇为原料,制得外观从粘性半固体到脆性固体的一系列聚酯多元醇齐聚物.研究结果表明,THEIC的引入能明显提高聚酯多元醇的热分解稳定性和耐高温烧蚀性,含THEIC聚酯多元醇的热分解过程是分两阶段进行的,其中第二阶段的热失重主要是由THEIC组分引起.通过调节组分中的THEIC/甘油、羟基/羧基及三元醇/二元醇的摩尔比例,能够稳定合成工艺,制得耐热性能好、具有预定分子量和特性粘数的聚酯多元醇齐聚物.
