随着铁水预处理技术的不断发展，铁水预处理脱硫工艺逐渐定位在KR搅拌脱硫、复合喷吹和单喷颗粒镁脱硫三种方式上。重钢拟在新区新建600万吨的钢铁生产基地，本文阐述了新区炼钢厂铁水脱硫工艺的选择原则，不同铁水脱硫工艺的优缺点、选择理由及选择结果。
With the development of hot metal pretreatment technology, KR process, composite and single magnesium particles powder injection are widely applied in pretreatment of hot metal desulfurization technology. Chongqing iron & steel group plans to reconstruction a new plant which yield is 6,000,000 ton in new developed area. Selection principle and reasons of selection for hot metal desulfurization technology of new plant are elaborated in the article, and merits and drawbacks of different desulfurization technology are also discussed. key words: chongqing iron & steel group; desulfurization technology; selection
