采用暴露试验、扫描电镜等方法研究了W400QN等试验钢在青岛、琼海、江津和武钢4个大气暴露试验点暴露1年的腐蚀规律.结果表明,试验钢在各站的腐蚀差异较大,在武钢站的腐蚀率最高,江津站次之,再次是青岛站,腐蚀率最低的是琼海站.从9种试验钢的平均腐蚀率看,武钢站是青岛站的1.25倍,是江津站的1.10倍,是琼海站的2.27倍.
