白光LED被称作第四代照明光源,有着庞大的市场.综述了目前国内外白光LED用荧光粉的几种制备方法,总结了它们的优缺点,概述了白光LED用荧光粉的激发光谱和发射光谱的特性,并指出了白光LED用荧光粉发展中需要解决的问题.
