以细晶高强IF钢为研究对象,运用型号为AG-IS 100KN高温拉伸试验机测定温度为650-1 100℃区间内高温拉伸性能,型号为AG-IS 100KN低温拉伸试验机测定温度为-20--60℃的区间内低温拉伸性能。结果表明:在650-900℃区间内,材料的强度从121 MPa降到19 MPa;但在900-950℃因出现两相区,强度反而随温度的升高而升高,从19 MPa升到59 MPa;950-1 100℃区间内,强度又从59 MPa降到26 MPa,降低幅度较小;在低温区间内,材料的强度随温度的降低大约升高了30MPa,塑性伸长率降低了1.5%,硬化指数n略有增加,从0.232增加到0.242。
The fine-grain and high-strength IF steel is studied in this paper.Tensile properties were tested by tension testing machine AG-IS100KN at 650~1 100 ℃ and-20~-60 ℃,respectively.The results indicated that the increase of temperature leads to a marked decrease in strength in 650~900 ℃ and 950~1 100 ℃ zone,but the strength increases with the increase of temperature in the two phase zone of 900~950 ℃.In low temperature zone,with temperature decrease the strength increases by about 30 MPa,plastic elongation rate decreases by 1.5 %,hardening exponent n-value slightly increases from 0.232 to 0.242.
