采用拉伸性能测试、金相观察、TEM等分析手段,研究不同加热温度对水韧处理后Fe-Mn-C系TWIP钢组织与力学特性的影响.结果表明:随着水韧加热温度的升高,抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐降低,伸长率和断面收缩率逐渐提高;随着水韧加热温度的降低,组织协调变形方式由以位错为主的滑移变形逐渐向以形变孪晶为主的孪生协调变形过渡.

Effect of different water toughening treatment on mechanical properties and microstructure evolution of Fe?Mn?C TWIP steel was studied by mean of tensile test,optical microstructure observation and TEM. The results show that Rm and Rp0.2 gradually decrease while A%and Z%increase with the water toughening temperature increasing. The predominant deformation mode,while be agradual transition from dislocation slipping to deformation twinning as the water toughtening temperature decreases.
