通过1:2薄板坯水力学模型实验，研究了马钢70ｍｍ×1600mm薄板坯结晶器在不同水口结构、不同工艺参数条件下的流场。结果表明在其他条件相同时，出口面积比2.34、出口倾角11.5°的5＃水口所对应的流场优于其它水口。
The flowing distributing in 70ｍｍ×1600mm CSP funnel mold was investigated through 1:2 water model with various SEN profile and continue casting parameters. It is showed that the flowing distributing of the No.5 SEN with the 2.34 exit area ratio and the 11.5° obliquity angle was better than the others.
