本文研究了颗粒表面湿润性对新相团簇的生长模式、形核率以及颗粒上团簇生长速率的影响。结果表明,杂质颗粒湿润性对新相团簇的生长模式有着明显的影响。当颗粒湿润性较弱时,团簇间的聚并和Ostwald熟化过程控制着团簇生长;当颗粒湿润性较强时,团簇的生长模式则更接近经典形核理论的假设。随着团簇湿润性的增加,颗粒上团簇的生长速率逐渐增加,但最大团簇的平衡尺寸与颗粒湿润性的关系不大。
Heterogeneous nucleation on particle seeds with different wettabilities are investigated by using molecular dynamics simulations. The nucleation rate, the growth rate of the nuclei and the growth form of the liquid cluster are analyzed. The clusters assembling and the Ostwald ripping process dominate the growth of the liquid clusters when the interactions between the vapor and the seed atoms are weak. The nucleation rate is enhanced observably by the seed. The approximation of classical nu- cleation theory is acceptable if the interactions between the vapor and the seed atoms are strong. The growth rate of the liquid cluster increases with the increasing of the interaction strength. However, the size of the max-equilibrium cluster is approximately the same in all cases with different impurity seeds.
