利用电化学方法研究了新型牙科用Ti合金在Hank's人 工模拟体液的腐蚀情况.XPS分析表明该合金表面形成的氧化膜为Nb2O5、Mn2O3、TiO2,实验表明:由于在空气中形成了这种致密的具有保护性的氧化膜,在Hank's人工模拟体液中合金的自腐蚀电位正移到045~059 V,并出现钝化现象.虽然Cl-虽然可以加速氧化膜的溶解,但阳极化曲线表明在Hank's人工模拟体液中新型牙科用Ti合金的氧化膜依然可以保持完整;腐蚀速度表明在Hank's人工模拟体液中新型牙科用Ti合金耐腐蚀级别为优.
Corrosion performance of new dental Ti alloys has been investigated through electrochemical measurements in Hank's artificial body fluid.XPS showed that oxide film formed on the surface of those alloys consists of Nb2O5,Mn2O3 and TiO2.The experiment results suggested that free corrosion potential of those alloys move to 0.45 V~0.59 V in Hank's artificial body fluid due to the formation of compact film with good protectiveness,and thus passivation is occurred.Although Cl- can accelerate the dissolution of oxide film,however anodization curve showed that the oxide film was integrate after anodization measurement.Therefore corrosion resistance of the new dental Ti alloys in this fluid is excellent.
