介绍了安阳钢铁股份有限公司在150 t转炉、连铸、炉卷轧机生产线上对高强度高韧性X70工艺管线钢的研发过程，包括成分体系设计和采用的工艺措施。通过合理运用微合金化技术和炉卷卷取轧制工艺开发的管线钢，组织性能优良，满足新时期长距离油气输送管道要求。
The R&D process for high strength and high toughness X70 pipeline steel in the production line of 150 t converter, continuous casting, steckel mill was introduced. The process includes components used in system design and process measures. By using of micro-alloying technology and steckel rolling process development of steel coil, the structure performance was excellent and can meet the requirements of long-distance oil and gas pipelines in the new period.
