为了解决材料表面结构对光子传播影响难计算的问题,采用拟蒙特卡罗算法.首先对材料的非线性吸收光分析;接着对左手材料折射率的空间分布进行周期性调制,使其不具有周期性结构;最后建立了拟蒙特卡罗模型.实验仿真得出入射光强趋于无穷大时存在激发态的非线性吸收现象,左手材料在中心频率及奇数倍频率附近透射率等于零,出现禁带,而在基频的偶数倍处光子禁带消失,拟蒙特卡罗算法的计算误差较小、处理时间较少.
