采用线型酚醛树脂与磷-氮阻燃剂制备出具有良好阻燃性能的无卤阻燃热塑性聚醚酯弹性体(TPEE).研究表明使用磷-氮阻燃剂无法制备出抗熔滴的TPEE.酚醛树脂引入可以有效抑制熔滴,同时热重分析结果表明线型酚醛树脂的引入,可以提升材料的高温残留量,扫描电镜测试结果表明酚醛树脂的引入有助于形成致密炭层,提升体系的阻燃性能.
