工业纯Ti多晶体在不同拉伸形变量下的应力弛豫研究表明,应力弛豫行为与形变量有关。应力弛豫量Δσ在一定的应力范围内与应力的递降幅度无关,在固定的弛豫时间t_R内与弛豫开始时的应力水平σ_(ao)有关;反馈(临界)应力σ_c和流变应力σ_o具有相同的变化规律;在小形变范围内,作用在材料内部位错上的有效应力σ~*随形变量的增加而增加,在较大形变范围内基本保持不变。
Stress relaxation study of commercial pure titanium under tensile de-formation shows that the stress relaxation behaviour of it relates to the level ofdeformation. The relaxed stress △σ is independent of amplitude of stress dip in therange of certain deformation, and it is dependent of stress level at beginning ofstress relaxation in determined relaxation time t_R. The back (critical) stress σ_c andflow stress σ_c exhibit same change with the strain. The effective stress at the dislo-cation in materials σ~* increases with increasing strain ranging under low strain, andkeeps constant under higher strain.
