研究了强化元素Nb,Ti,Al 及Mo 含量的变化对Incone1718合金显微组织的影响,测定了γ′+γ″包覆组织的析出特征,及其高温显微组织热稳定性与力学性能的关系。实验表明:合理地调整强化元素的含量及比例,可以得到γ′+γ″的包覆组织,从而提高新型复合强化组织的稳定性,并保持兼有足够的室温强度和良好的高温持久强度。
