成功地制得了聚硅氧烷/聚丙烯酸酯同步互 贯网络聚合物(SIN)阻尼材料,其tgδ的最宽跨越温度为100 ℃,最高阻尼值为1.0。用动态力学谱表征了所制得的一系列SIN材料的玻璃化转变,在傅立叶红外(FT-IR)实验中追 踪两种组分聚合反应的动力学。结果表明,该SIN体系中,两组分发生凝胶反应时,有明显 的相互促进作用。通过调整二者的比例和交联剂、引发剂及催化剂的用量,使两种组分聚合 反应速度相匹配,可以获得宽温宽频的阻尼材料。

The damping materials of polyphenylsiloxane/polyacrylate SIN were successfully synthesized. Its widest glass transition region spans 100 ℃, and the higest value of tgδ reaches 1.0. The glass tran sition of the samples were examined by DMA. Polymerization kinetics for both com ponents were traced with FT-IR. The results indicate the gelation of the two co mponents in the SIN is accelerated mutually. Therefore, excellent damping materials can be made through changing the their comparative ratio, as well as the quantity of crosslinker, initiator and catalyst to get the well matched crosslinking polymerization reaction rates.
