研究了以硝酸锂、硝酸铝和尿素为原料,用溶胶-凝胶燃烧合成法制备γ-LiAlO2粉体的工艺.采用热重分析(TG-DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对反应前驱体、反应过程、燃烧产物进行了表征测试.分析了原料配比、溶胶前驱体pH值对反应产物特性的影响,并初步探讨了反应的历程.
