在邢钢小方坯连铸机上进行试验,系统地研究了国产化结晶器电磁搅拌装置的最佳参数,分析了不同参数对连铸坯碳偏析的影响。试验结果表明,结晶器电磁搅拌改善了铸坯碳偏析现象,有效改善的最小电流为350 A,电流强度达到一定值后,继续增加电流强度对铸坯中心偏析的改善效果不明显。
Experiments were made in small billet continuous caster of Xingtai Iron and Steel Company, the optimum parameters of domestic mould electromagnetic stirring apparatus were researched systematically and the effects on the carbon segregation of continuous casting billet of different parameters were analyzed as well. The results showed that carbon segregation of continuous casting billet could be reduced by mould electromagnetic stirring. The minimum electric current is about 350 A to improve billet center carbon segregation. But the improvement was not very remarkable by increasing electric current when the current reached a certain value.
