采用失重及电化学方法研究了碳钢在煤水两相介质中 的腐蚀行为.结果表明,在煤水两相介质中,钢的腐蚀既不同于钢在均相水中的腐蚀,也不 同于与煤整体接触形成的腐蚀,腐蚀的初始形态为坑状,表象为均匀腐蚀.具有一定腐蚀性 的固相(高煤化度的煤)明显加速钢的腐蚀.
The electrochemical corrosion behavior of plain carb on steel in two-phase medium with coal and water was studied with mass loss mea surements and electrochemical polarization tests. The results show that the corr osion of steel in the twophase medium is not like that in a uniform soluti on of water or that contacted with block coal. The corroded surface of steel loo ks like uniform corrosion, however, it actually is pits corrosion in the begining. The corrosion rate is related to the characte r and s ize of solid phase although the electrochemical process of steel does not change in the twophase medium. The corrosive solid phase (such as coal with higher degree of coalific ation)in the medium obviously increases the corrosion rate of steel. The corrosi on mechanism of steel in the twophase medium was also discussed.
