以中冶京诚工程技术有限公司为江西九钢3 500 mm轧板厂开发的中厚板层流冷却过程控制系统为例,介绍了该过程控制系统的架构、冷却模型的组成、冷却策略、冷却规程计算方法和均匀性控制策略、系统界面以及实际应用效果。生产应用表明,该系统终冷温度控制精度达到±20℃,纵向温差小于30℃,各项指标达到了国外同类产品的水平,具有进一步推广应用的价值。

A process control system for plate laminar cooling developed by MCC CERI for 3 500 mm rolling mill of Jiujiang Iron Steel Company is introduced in this paper.Detailed information of the control system,including the framework,cooling model composition,cooling strategy,calculating method of schedule,uniformity-controlled strategy,interface and application results are described.The results showed that the control precision of final cooling temperature and longitudinal temperature difference is less than ±20 ℃ and 30 ℃ respectively.The various control indexes have reached the level of similar foreign systems and has good application prospect.
