采用基于附加示踪变量法和数值求解三维Unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(URANS)和κ-ω SST 紊流模型研究了涡轮轮缘密封的非定常燃气入侵和封严效率.通过与模型实验的轮缘密封封严效率的比较,表明非定常时均结果与实验数据吻合良好,同时验证了基于附加示踪变量法的非定常数值方法模拟轮缘密封封严特性的有效性.分析了轴向和双重轴向轮缘密封的非定常封严特性.研究结果表明:静叶尾迹和动叶前缘附近的压力势场的非定常干涉效应以及盘腔中非定常的压力分布会强化主流燃气入侵.与非定常计算时均结果相比,定常计算会低估轮缘密封的燃气入侵量以及燃气入侵对盘腔流场的影响.双重轴向轮缘密封相比于简单轴向轮缘密封可以显著提高涡轮盘腔的封严效率.

The mainstream ingestion characteristics of turbine axial and double-axial rim seals in an experimental turbine stage were numerically investigated using the ANSYS-CFX by solving the Unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (URANS) equations and SST turbulence model.The additional passive tracer method was used to simulate the distribution of mainstream ingestion and its mixing with the sealing flow.The sealing efficiency of rim seal was well agreement with the experimental data.The validation of the utilized URANS approach for investigation of mainstream ingestion characteristics of turbine rim seal was demonstrated.The numerical results show that the unsteady interaction between the vane trailing wake and the blade bow wave which would strengthen the mainstream ingestion of rim seals.The steady simulations underpredicted the ingestion and its influence on the wheel cavity flow field for two rim seals.The sealing efficiency of the inner cavity was significantly improved with introduction of the double seals of the axial rim seal by comparison of the axial seal.
