高温防护涂层可以使高温结构材料免受高温腐蚀,在航空航天等诸多领域得到了广泛的应用.综述了高温防护涂层的研究进展,对高温防护涂层的种类、制备方法进行了介绍,展望了高温防护涂层的发展趋势.指出涂层与基体的结合力、涂层的失效机理及提高涂层的使用寿命是目前有待解决的问题,提高涂层与基体材料的结合力是高温防护涂层的关键问题,功能梯度涂层和多层功能性复合涂层将是今后发展的重点.
