测定了Cr27铸铁中含有少量Si,Mn的(Fe,Cr)_7C_3的含量约为30V.—%,颗粒面积大都为1—50μm~2将电子衍射花样的矩阵分析同计算多族晶面迹线夹角的方法相结合,发现M_7C_3中不仅含有{011}孪晶,而且还含有产生Ru_7B_3局部环境特征的{013}孪晶、并建立了M_7C_3的晶体学模型。
Determianation of (Fe, Cr)_7C_3 in a Cr27 cast iron results about 30 v.-%. Mi-nor Si and Mn are present. Sectional area of the M_7C_3 grains is 1-50 μm~2. Combining ma-trix analysis of electron diffraction pattern with calculated angle between plane traces, (011)twins and also (013) twins producing local environment for Ru_7B_3 are observed in theorthorhombic M_7C_3. A crystallographic model for M_7C_3 is proposed.
