采用水/环己烷/Triton X-100/正己醇四元油包水体系,通过反相微乳液法制备了纳米ZrO2粉体,用XRD,TEM等对所制备的纳米粉体进行了表征,研究了煅烧温度、pH值、陈化时间对ZrO2纳米粒子结构与性能的影响.结果表明,以单斜相为主的ZrO2纳米粉体,其晶粒尺寸可控制在20 nm左右;随着煅烧温度的提高,ZrO2的结晶程度逐渐提高;随着pH值的提高,少量四方相ZrO2全部转化为单斜相;随着陈化时间的增加,ZrO2颗粒尺寸变大.
