贵金属氧化物涂层钛阳极采用导电的贵金属氧化物(如RuO2、IrO2)作为催化剂,非导电的金属氧化物(如TiO2、Ta205、SnO2、ZrO2、CoOx等)作为分散剂或稳定剂,将它们涂复在阀门金属(Ti、Ta、Zr、Nb等)上通过热分解法制备而成。RuO2-TiO2/Ti阳极1968年在氯碱电解工业中获得成功应用,IrO2-Ta2O5/Ti阳极作为析氧电极近20年来得到更多关注,在电镀、阴极保护等众多领域获得了广泛的应用。本文重点介绍IrO2涂层钛阳极的成分、结构和电化学性能,并对其府用前景和存在问题讲行讨论。

The noble metal/oxide coated anodes use conductive precious metal oxides (RuO2, IrO2, etc. ) as electrocatalysts and non-conductive metal oxides (TiO2, Ta2O5, SnO2, ZrO2, CoOx, etc. ) as dispersing or stabilizing agents, which are coated on valve metal substrates (Ti, Ta, Zr, Nb, etc. ) with a thermal decomposition method. RuO2-TiO2/Ti anode has successfuly used in industrial chlor-alkali electrolysis in 1968. In the last two decades, IrO2-Ta2Oa/Ti anode as electrode for O2 evolution has received much attention and applied to many electrochimical processes, including electroplating, cathodic protection and so on. In this paper the composition, structure and electrochemical performance of IrO2 coated titanium anodes and existent problems are discussed.
