以部分结晶磷酸钙-磷酸氢钙骨水泥为载体,制备了庆大霉素/磷酸钙骨水泥药物缓释体系,探讨了不同的添加剂和载药方式对磷酸钙骨水泥理化性能及庆大霉素从载体中释放的影响.结果表明,采用改性淀粉做为添加剂、真空灌注庆大霉素溶液为载药方式制备出的药物载体具有最佳的体外缓释效果,药物释放量达到2周以上;添加改性淀粉和海藻酸钠以及采用粉体混合载药和在骨水泥固化后真空灌注药液两种不同载药方式均对骨水泥的水化结果没有明显影响.
